n8n-nodes-matrix42 is a community node that connects n8n with Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management. With it a workflow can create, close and transform tickets, add journal entries, read and write data fragments and objects, read data queries, upload files and run imports.

The package also has a trigger node. It polls Matrix42 and starts a workflow when a ticket or another record is created or changed.

I built the node at S&S Technologies GmbH, where we connect ITSM systems like Matrix42 with the other tools a company uses. It is written in TypeScript, published on npm under the MIT licence and can be installed in n8n as a community node.
